Le Mistral has only ever been about creating an environment that I would like to eat in and drink in myself.

When we first sketched out the future of Le Mistral we wondered "Are we a restaurant, bistro, cafe, wine bar?".
We couldn't decide that bit so we'll leave it to you!
This is what we could decide on:

- Relaxed, friendly service

Obviously the plan has worked, because over the last 4 years, your generous custom has allowed us to expand our range, improve our food and wine offers to way beyond expectations for our modest prices and to open more branches.
The secret of our success though, is the quality of our people. We work hard to recruit the right combination of personalities and skills to ensure that you have an enjoyable visit.
Although I find it difficult to be in three places at once, I am passionate about Le Mistral and more importantly, your enjoyment, so would love to hear your comments (good or bad) about your visit.
